ABOUT US

Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (KLEF) is an educational institution in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, that is renowned for its world-class education and inspiring learning environment. It was established in 1980–81, when it started as KL College of Engineering. Following this, the institution underwent major changes and received numerous recognitions, ultimately leading to its recognition as an autonomous entity in 2006 and as a deemed-to-be university in 2009.

Equipped with modern facilities and supported by experienced faculty members, KLEF aims to create an environment conducive to learning, innovation, and research. It is for this reason that the institution has received high praise, such as being ranked NAAC A++ or getting a NIRF rank of 28. KLEF offers a diverse range of academic programs across various disciplines and is considered to be a pioneer in several academic fields.

The major goals and objectives of COE-KLEF are to:
  • To focus on personalised growth and help every student gain education based on their personalised learning needs.
  • Endow students with access to advanced learning and specialised courses, which may not be offered in their primary education, to promote educational equality.
  • To help the students gain education whose formal education would have otherwise stopped due to a lack of flexibility in traditional courses.
